Before the next sale day, see what you already paid online shops
1. The usual rule needs your own number
Before a big sale, the usual advice is to set an amount for the day, write a list and buy only what’s on it. Some people go a whole month without buying anything new.
ETDA, Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency, ran a survey in 2022 that 46,348 internet users chose to answer. In its results, 44.39% named promotions such as 11.11 and 12.12 as a reason to buy online (ETDA, Thailand Internet User Behavior 2022).
An amount for the sale needs a starting point: what you usually pay online shops in a month and what you’ve paid so far this month. Those numbers are different for everyone.
2. Add your slips
When you pay Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop by PromptPay or bank transfer, your bank app shows a slip. Save it to your photos.
In Slip Tracker, open Add, then Scan slips. Choose your slips from this month and last month. It reads each one for you and marks anything it isn’t sure of Needs review. The first time, it asks which account is yours, so the payments from it count as spending. See how to add slips and cash, step by step.
3. Type in what left no slip
Slip Tracker counts the payments that leave a slip and the ones you type in. Purchases paid by card, cash on delivery, pay later or a shop wallet such as ShopeePay leave no slip, so they aren’t counted until you type them in.
Pay later is growing. A June 2026 report on the Bank of Thailand’s plans for these services said buy-now-pay-later accounts were growing by nearly 100% a year and that more than half of users were aged 20 to 35 (Pattaya Mail).
To add a purchase, open Add, then Enter manually. Type the amount, choose Shopping under Category, set the date and type the shop’s name under Merchant. Then tap Save entry. For cash on delivery, add it on the day you pay.
4. See what went to Shopping
Open Summary. Under Categories, find Shopping. It shows what you’ve paid this month and how that compares with last month, such as ฿1,200 more. Shopping includes other shops too, so switch to Merchants to see Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop on their own.
When a slip names Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop, the app puts it under Shopping for you. Some slips name a seller or a payment company instead. Choose Shopping yourself, and the app can remember your choice for that name.

5. Search for each shop
Open Slips and search for Shopee. You see each payment you’ve saved to Shopee, listed by day, and how many there are. Then search for Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Look at the dates. Do the payments bunch up around sales such as 9.9 and 10.10, or after payday? See more on the merchants you return to.

6. Look at a past sale day
Open Summary and switch from Month to Day. Tap the date to open Choose a day, and pick a past sale day, such as 10 October. You see the payments you saved that day.
7. Decide what’s worth it to you
Now you have your own numbers: what you paid online shops last month, so far this month and on past sale days. Then decide what’s worth it to you. Slip Tracker shows the numbers. It doesn’t tell you what to buy or what to skip.
After the sale, look again: search for each shop, or open the sale day in Summary.
8. What Slip Tracker doesn’t do
Slip Tracker is an expense tracker. It doesn’t stop, block or warn you about a purchase, and it has no wishlist or price alerts. It shows what you paid, and the choice stays yours.
It only counts what you add: the slips it reads and the purchases you type in. Card, cash on delivery, pay-later and shop wallet purchases leave no slip, so they aren’t counted unless you type them in.
It doesn’t connect to Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop, and it doesn’t see your orders or what you owe on pay later. It never logs in to your bank.
9. Common questions
Can Slip Tracker see my Shopee or Lazada orders?
No. It doesn’t connect to any shop. It reads the slips you save when you pay by PromptPay or bank transfer, and it counts the payments you type in.
Why isn’t a Shopee payment under Shopping?
Some slips name a seller or a payment company, not the shop. Open the payment and choose Shopping, and the app can remember your choice for that name.
Does it count cash on delivery or pay later?
Only if you type it in. Cash on delivery, card, pay-later and shop wallet purchases leave no slip. To add one, open Add, then Enter manually. Choose Shopping as the category. Slip Tracker doesn’t show what you still owe on pay later.
Can Slip Tracker stop me from buying too much on a sale day?
No. It doesn’t stop, block or warn you about a purchase. It shows what you’ve paid before and after the sale, and you decide what’s worth it.
Do I have to connect my bank account?
No. Slip Tracker has no bank login and no sign-up. It reads the slips saved on your phone and keeps your transactions on the phone, encrypted.
