Which Thai bank slips can Slip Tracker read?

1. Slips it knows well
Slip Tracker knows the layout of these slips, in Thai and in English.

You still see every detail before you save. If the app is unsure of something, it marks it Needs review.
2. PromptPay slips
Slip Tracker knows PromptPay slips paid through TrueMoney Wallet. When you pay by PromptPay in a banking app, you get that bank's slip, so what Slip Tracker can read depends on the bank.
3. The QR code on a slip
Many Thai slips print a QR code for checking the slip. Slip Tracker reads that code directly to get the reference number and the bank that sent the money. That is more reliable than reading the same details from the picture.
4. Other banks, and slips it cannot read
Slip Tracker does not yet know slips from other banks, such as Krungsri, ttb, GSB, UOB or CIMB Thai. It fills in only what it is sure of, and always asks you to check. If the slip has the QR code, it still gets the reference number and the bank from it.
Some slips cannot be read yet. Add that payment by hand instead. It counts in your month like any other transaction.

5. What it reads from a slip
- the amount, and any fee,
- the date and time,
- who paid and who got paid, and their banks,
- the reference number.
Once it knows which account is yours, it can also tell spending from money in.
6. Common questions
Does it read slips in Thai?
Yes. It reads slips in Thai and in English.
Can I use a screenshot of a slip?
Yes. Slip Tracker reads slip pictures saved in Photos, including screenshots of a slip.
Does it scan paper receipts?
No. It is made for the payment slips your banking or wallet app saves. Add a paper receipt by hand.
What if it gets something wrong?
Change anything before you save it, and fix a saved transaction later too. The app is built to stop and ask rather than guess, so check anything marked Needs review.
Does reading slips need the internet?
No. Reading slips works offline.
Does the app keep my slip pictures?
No. It keeps the details, not the picture.
